hi i know there are a few of us UMASS people here, and I was wondering if anyone has any word as to when they send out letters! I heard something before that they sent mail every month on the 15th but that could be complete hearsay..but I don't want to wait anymore!

Yes, I think that umass is into the torture thing. I have heard the 15th rumor before too, but am not sure if it is true. Hang in there, but realize that they do seem to hold off on sending letters of ANY kind to most people until pretty late. When I got rejected two years ago I didn't get my letter until April, and I interviewed in october!

Goose, just remember that you're not alone! I keep meeting UMass interviewees at other interviews who are also still waiting and those of us on SDN are too. I've heard that UMass sends the bulk of acceptances out after they've stopped interviewing--like in March. Or maybe later because things are messed up this year. Maybe they do send stuff out on the 15th, but it's likely that those letters only go to a few lucky people So I think most of us still have a few more weeks to go...unfortunately. I still check the mail every day though, just in case.

i interviewed back in early december and still no news! 🙄
