Making a commitment to go to one school

I wonder if I can cancel my commitment after I made a commitment to go to one school so that I can choose another one to attend.
Does anyone know about it?

I guess it would all depend on if your spot is still available at the school you wish to commit to now. Contact the "new" .school to see if you can still attend. If so, then commit there; however I would also send a letter to the "old" school thanking them for the opportunity. You want to burn any bridges if you can help it.
