Malaria with high parasitemia

Dx with P.falciparum
Started on Artsunate
Few days after, his hemolysis become more worse it is -ve coombs hemolysis
His hemoglobin 4.5
Crossmatching showed positive red-cell antibodies, and we could not find a compatible blood unit. Unfortunately, our facility cannot identify the specific antibodies or perform extended red-cell phenotyping.
Do you have any advice regarding further evaluation, transfusion options, and management of this patient?
