There is no difference based on medical degree. MDs and DOs pay the same as long as they are practicing the same specialty, for the same number of years, in the same area and have the same history.
Its based on specialty, procedures done and to some degree, your history (ie, you might have higher rates if you've been successfully sued in the past).
My partner, a DO, and I pay the same rates.
