Hey,

Who pays for malpractice insurance if you work in a private group? Does the group pay for your insurance, in addition to your 150k salary? Or does the individual pay for his/her own insurance?

Malpractice insurance is a business expense paid by everyone in the group. Your salary is the money left over when all business expenses are paid, which is the amount quoted in salary surveys.
