Does anyone know how malpractice premimus in Anesthesia compare w/ premiums in other specialties?? Thanx......

friend of mine's father is an anesthesiologist in upstate/western new york...he tells me the old man pays in the $7000/yr range for coverage...also tells me that's at the very low end in terms of yearly premiums for anesthesiologists.
