Where do you want to practice? There aren't going to be that many differences between mammo fellowships.

Geography is probably key deciding factor as I would think that main variable would be MRI/MR biopsy volume given that they all likely use tomo to a similar extent.

I agree with the above. Figure out where you might want to live and rank in that order. There still seems to be a significant demand for fellowship trained mammographers in private practice, and where you train makes little difference (assuming that you get sold training in breast imaging and interventions). If you are seeking an academic career, it is probably a different story--but not much different.
