Manageable online Biochem courses

I have a pretty busy schedule but was just recently and relatively abruptly told I need to fulfill a Biochem requirement to be accepted to a program. Does anyone know of an easy or fair online course to go through?

Has anyone heard of the Temple MCAT Biochem online course? It costs a few hundred dollars, and I am wondering if it's worth it to take.
