Mandatory/Essential Administrative Fees/Documentations to complete before ROL?

Just wanna triple check...

I've paid my dues on NRMP. My match status is "Active." My ERAS documents (scores, transcripts, LORs) have been received and completed.

Are there any other ESSENTIAL/MANDATORY administrative stuff to complete before submitting our ROL?

If you're an IMG, then you need to be ECFMG eligible (i.e. Step 1, 2CK, and 2CS all passed).

Other than that, nope!
