are cvs district managements allowed to host "mandatory" meetings for 3 hours with pharmacists and not having to pay the pharmacists for those 3 hours of "mandatory" meeting? people have to drive out of the city to the middle of nowhere and attend a "mandatory" meeting and not get pay. on their day off. is that even legal?

At WAGs, we have those mandatory meetings all time. Some of us have to drive 2 hours away. We do not get paid for any of it. Your are salaried!!

Yeah, once a year meeting, let hope it won't turn into twice a year thing in the future. We have 1 hour conference call every week too! And once in a while a pop up conference call, just because email is not sufficient enough to communicate!

But otherwise, as others have said, you are salaried and can be requested to do anything extra.
