just want to make sure we're on the same page here and nothing has changed from last cycle. If we're submitting LORs to AADSAS from Interfolio then on AADSAS we mark them as paper, right?

Yep, paper. Sent electronically, but for application purposes "paper"

What do we do about the matching form?
It has a section for the instructor to fill out, as well as the student.

Do I fill out my section and that's it?

confused!

For the LOE matching form, I just signed my name and filled out the info about my professor. It doesn't require their signature or anything. 🙂

Wait, you filled out the section that says it's for instructor use?

Yeah. The whole point of Interfolio is so that you can get your stuff early and not have to worry about it. If you actually needed them to fill that thing out once the application had ALREADY opened, it'd kill the point of Interfolio! If it needed their signature, I obviously wouldn't have done it. But, it just needs their contact info. 🙂

Just for clarification, all mine says is, "Evaluator Information."

Ah, I just read it too.
I'll be sending the two that I already have!

Thanks!

Basically you fill it out, not the evaluators lol

Haha, that didn't take too long.
Filled em out and got em sent in!

Thanks for the help 😀

ok, i've read this thread about a dozen times and the answer to my question just isn't jumping out at me.

i'm also using interfolio. what exactly are we to do with the LoE matching forms if they appear to be a minor detail? fill them out electronically and somehow upload them into interfolio to be packaged into the LOR submission?

Yes, just download them from AADSAS and right after that upload them to Interfolio and send it together with their LOE respectively. You don't even have to sign them, the barcode it has will help them match it with your app. If you notice, all the info they ask in that form is already on the AADSAS application (they waiver, the professor's info, etc). No need to fill anything.

perfect. thanks.

One thing I don't understand is... What about the sections on the AADSAS application that ask for the Evaluator's Street Address, Zip Code, etc etc...

Lol that's private info that I highly doubt professor would just give out to students:laugh:

You can give them the address from their department in your university, I think that will suffice.

I sent my matching forms and LORs from Interfolio on June 3rd, in the evening and got a confirmation from Interfolio that they've been reiceved yesterday morning. However, AADSAS hasn't updated to show that they've been received yet. Uh, how long does AADSAS take to update these sort of things? Aren't LORs from Interfolio sent electronically?

Same here, it hasn't shown up on my AADSAS either..
Maybe they're backed up or something😕

When you uploaded the LOE matching for into Interfolio, which document type did you check?
