Within the context of "cognitive" neurology which "brand" is more marketable?

- Behavioral neurology
- Dementia
- Neuropsychiatry
- Neurodegenerative disorders
- Memory disorders
- Geriatric Neurology

I know they are all basically the same, but which would be more useful in a private practice setting? In the same vain, which could be more desireable for an academic setting?

Neuropsych and Geriatric neurology give slightly different "impressions": neuropsych seems to have a slightly more psych bend than biological neurology, and geriatric neurology probably includes other common geriatric neurological conditions. Dementia and memory disorders have a narrower focus (for example, would you see CBD without cognitive impairment?), and neurodegenerative disorder can include PD and MS. That really only leaves behavioral neurology. I personally think dementia is best as it theoretically does not exclude other neurodegenerative features, but the term dementia carries with it all the dead weight of DSM criteria and should be expanded beyond a statistical definition.
