I know Br2/hv follows markovnikov

HBr/peroxide anti

HBr/ hv anti ( I am not sure about this????)

Hcl/ peroxide makovnikov ( peroxide no effect on addition of Hcl???)

you dont even need to know if it follows markinov's rule or not....just think of the intermediate...which is usually a carbocation/radical...and usually a tertiary intermediate is the best and follow from there

As I remember, most of reactions which have peroxide as catalyst are anti. Hope this help
