Just wondering if anyone knows of any good neighborhoods near the school to buy a home in?

I would not buy a home in the school area - it neighbours the ghetto. Look at the surrounding suburbs - most people bought homes or condos in Franklin a 10 minute commute. My friend just sold his condo in Franklin.
