What is the argument on Barks?
I’ll get out of work in a second here and have gotten snippets here and there about others but I don’t think I got a good explanation for why people think SHE is sketchy

I felt that during my interaction with Samac, both TME and barks popped in to say I'm sketchy. I've felt better about TME, due to her not condemning me as wolfy and due to agreeing with several of her reads. But Barkley seems to still be convinced that I'm sketchy without any new argument rather than samac's initial pings.

ugh fine I won't vote there but DMB your push on TME feels opportunistic, people were drumming up convo about TME and it looked like you were just posting to slip in with the conversation at the time. I was hoping that forcing you to pull up quotes would make you take a stance on if it fit the TME!wolf meta or not and you still seemed to hedge. This reads like a wolf just trying to look like they're adding to the discussion and keeping their options open so they can sheep the thread consensus.
@Animal Midwife thoughts on that v.s. your feelings about her very new and likely still developing meta?

She hasn't been pushing TME thats what I'm pointing out. DMB brought up a bunch of quotes at the time people discussed TME, but hasn't really taken a stance on TME. Feels very performative.

performative? i dont know about all of that. I've just been honest. AM has already asked me for my stance on TME and i responded to her directly with this:
im being as genuine as i can be, and i tried my best to respond to the two questions you asked me earlier too- i showed you direct examples of what TME has said that remind me of the noob game, and i also quoted people who contributed to the fluff convo besides samac.

Yeah, I still feel like neutral is a stance. There wasn't really any hedging which is what bothers me with neutrals.

I was holding back on voting fluff to see if her posts outside of that conversation with samac made me feel better but now she's retaliatory voting for me and it makes me want to vote for her
People must be having some real freudian slips in their minds, since Barks comment was about me power villaging, not power wolfing. Either way, that vote continuing to build there just feels sloppy. I know its D1 and all but just seems an easy spot to jump onto.

Kind of agree. I don’t have a reason to village read Barks, but I’m not sure I see a strong wolf case.

I'm voting you because your comments about finding me sketchy, feel sketchy to me. I feel I have expressed my thoughts and actions on the thread as much as I can, but when you're still finding my doubting the Lupin's 5 poster rule wolfy and my defense wolfy, I don't know what more to say.

again, subtly pushing the wolf!TME narrative without committing to it.
Finally put some effort into the read when I prompted her to point out specifics, but then again offers no hard stance

Call me naive but I dislike both the Barks and Timmy wolf-reads. Timmy I could see more but their posting reminds me a whole lot of my scattered village brain tinfoiling last game. Now, my only experience with TME is when they were wolfing in the noob game, but their approach was very hands-off, popping into the thread to clarify mechanics and vote and then poofing away. I recognize that's not a strategy that works in a non-noob game but I'm struggling to reconcile that wolf with this TME.
From what I've seen the Barks vote is based mostly on one comment of hers that didn't ping me when she made it. Open to considering her as a wolf if new information arises but I'm certainly not comfortable going there based on her comment about cubs powervillaging. Didn't feel icky to me.
