I'm still deciding whether its worth doing the JD/PharmD. My parents are discouraging me to enter the program because it's not economically feasible. I would lose 3 years of pay if I do a JD and they tell me to do a JD if I want to go into law rather than get a PharmD. Personally I want to give myself a specialization and either way I know I will still owe a crap load of money.
UOP is very enticing though. 3 years and a 80% Cali passing rate.
My other option is UOP has a MBA program. Any one know a pharmacist got a MBA. What did they end up doing?

UOP did a good job last year. but I won't count on the passing rate 'cause their new curriculum (started from year 2000) grads are gonna take the board this june. let's see how they do.
yeah, UOP has the four year Rx/MBA program.

unh, stay in California risk. Maryland is cold. Granted, I'm a Civil War buff and it'd be fun to be around all that history, but snow sucks, and it'll be a pain in the a#$ to get back for holidays. Unless it'd be hella cheaper and you like the curric a lot more, I'd stay in CA. If you're not planning on practicing here, it's not as much an issue, but it's easier to get a read on what career options are like if you're doing your internships and stuff here. It's two years in Stockton vs at least 3 in MD
