Does anyone know if it is possible or extremely difficult to gain in-state tuition at Maryland Dental School starting the second year? According to the guides in my interview it was possible, but all online resources refute this...

Both of my tour guides said they did it and they also said everyone else who wanted to also got it except one person (who ended up getting it after 2nd year).
