For those of you who received a maryland interview invitation... Do they give you a set day or do they give you options of days you can pick from?

They give you a date, but if you can't make it, they are good about letting you switch! I had to switch mine and she told me I could have any Tues. or Wed. (the only days they interview on) up until the end of Nov. to choose from.

Is there anyone interviewing at Maryland on Nov. 24 that wants to share the costs of a hotel room? I don't snore👍

Do NOT take a cab. When I interviewed there, I rode the light rail... all day pass for $3.50 (single ride even cheaper, obviously). Another person there took a cab from the airport to the school... $40! He was very happy to ride the light rail with me back to the airport for a little over a dollar. 🙂

You can take the SuperShuttle from the airport to hotel for $13. On my trip back to the airport from the hotel I split a $30 limousine with two other dental school interviewees.

thanks guys for the input. im trying to save $$ as much as I can but it is still so expensive. so i appreciate any $-saving tips. any suggestions for MN interviews? hotel, transportation, air fare? thanks
