Wow...in June?! That sux if you've laid down 1st & 2nd deposits at schools already...
Anyways...I got one comming up too. Any advice out there? Also does anyone have any idea on the # of OOS residents that get into MD?

Last year there were 68 in state and 62 OOS, so they are very OOS friendly. Hope that helps.

Just Wondering. How long is it taking to hear an acceptance? Not for me but an non SDN friend.

Thanks

You can't really gauge it by how long it takes to hear for an acceptance. Since there are fairly common dates (December 1, January 15, February 1, etc) that people hear back from, tell your friend to keep his/her attention focused on those dates. Those are dates where people who have been offered admission have to pay a deposit by, so then if they don't pay those spots generally open up and more acceptances are sent out close to that date. As the interview season progresses, the dates that you hear back on generally fall closer together as the time to reply and accept an offer of admission is shortened.
