I guess to be "safe" aim around their average of 3.4-3.5 gpa and 80 percentile for pcats (do good esp in the chem part). Keep in mind that it won't necessarily guarantee you an interview but then there are people who get in with lower stats. It's all up to the adcoms.
>75% who got in have at least a bachelor's degree. Other good stuff to have are pharmacy experience, volunteer work, involvement in extracurricular activities, clubs, leadership roles, good personal statement, good references... it's more or less the same for every school.
