I think I am ready to transition towards part time work. My practice is located in Marysville, OH which is about 15 minutes to Dublin and 30 minutes to Columbus. We are a small, community hospital with around 40 beds. It is almost all B&B outpatient procedures with very infrequent ASA 4s. Work hours around 6:45-15:00 with some days out by 14:00 and evened out by other days around 16:00. Home call with very rare call ins (likey 1-2 times per year).

I would like to find someone who would like to job share 26 weeks a piece. You would also need to be within 45 minutes of Marysville for call purposes. Regional skills are a must. There is no OB but spinal and epidural skills also a must.

Occasionally do epidural blood patches. I've never been asked to do a labor epidural (in 4 years) a CRNA could not get but always possible you could be called to help place a difficult epidural.
