Master or Undergrad GPA?

Do schools look at my Master GPA or Undergrad GPA? Which one is more important?Does Master's Degree increase my chance of getting in?

They look at them separately and together. I would assume a master's degree to increase anyone's chances assuming they have done well in it but I don't have any sound evidence to support it.
