I had no so great GPA in bio major in undergrad(2.7) and now having worked for 4 years and done a master in finance I am thinking to apply in DO, is master grades factor in GPA calculations. My GPA in master was 3.7. To keep my options open I did finance as I already had a lot science courses done and wanted to learn something that can help long terms.I had 27 on MCAT a while back that I can reuse.

If that is your current science GPA, you need to raise it beyond a 3.0 in order to prevent schools from auto screening you application. The great thing about applying DO is that there is grade replacement. So you can retake a course you did bad in and replace that grade. I would suggest doing this first.

They're still gonna look at your undergraduate grades to calculate a science GPA and look at your pre-requisites. Math courses are not calculated in AACOMAS science GPA so your finance masters will not contribute most likely.
