How is Master the Boards in preparation for Step 3? I am a brand new intern...just one month in...and I plan on probably taking the exam next march or so.

Also, how much is this book? What else is good to supplement with it?

it's a great book. You can buy it on Amazon starting at $25. Supplement it with Archer review lectures, CCS Workshop and UW CCS. I just also started looking at Premier review notes and I find it useful as well, there are some valuable points in there.
