I just talked with my health profession advisor, and although he does not seem like he knows anything about dental school he mentioned something to me:
he basically said that since i took undergraduate courses in biochemistry, molecular biology and cell biology that my graduate core courses in the 3 subjects count as repeats.
So is what he said true? Because half of my graduate courses so far are these core required courses! Or would it not matter at all since Masters GPA is considered separately from undergrad? Alternatively he could have no idea what he is saying. He basically told me half the time that no US dental schools take international students and adcom does not care about research. It gets me a little bit nervous though
Thx ahead of time.
