I am currently pursuing a master's degree at my university in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology. I graduated undergrad in May 2019 and planning to finish this while applying to medical school in 2020.
(This would give a 2 year gap)
There is a lot of research going on in Nanoscience, especially at my school.
Everyone keeps saying that it is the future of medicine.
I was wondering if anyone else took this route as well? Like going from a biomedical science background to engineering?
