Masters & Post-Bacc

I asked the same question a while back. The ones I remember right off are Barry University, John Hopkins University (Biotechnology), and Tulane. All are non-thesis. Also, I'm a WV resident, so I've been looking at Marshall University's Biomedical Science program offered through the medical school. They have a non-thesis Medical Science emphasis for students planning on attending professional school. It seems like a nice program, too, and they have new facilities.

I'm in the Biotechnology M.S. at Hopkins and can only say great things about it. As far as post-bacc vs. masters, I'm not sure which will greatly enhance your application, it seems to be a toss up. I had slightly above a 3.0 cum gpa when I graduated so I went into the M.S., and I liked that I was working toward another degree vs. taking more classes.
I only had about a 2.7 sci undergrad gpa, so a postbacc was a thought, but since I was a science major, it would have required several science classes to balance out my undergrad gpa. I decided to start new in my masters (which I've done well in). I did average on the DAT with a 18/19/17, which obviously is not the most fantastic score. I've only had one inteview thus far and am still waiting to hear back from them.
Honestly I'd say its up to you, if you have above a 3.0, I'd probably recommend a M.S. However, if you have below a 3.0 you might want to consider a postbacc (I believe several schools have a 3.0 cutoff, so getting above that cutoff would be beneficial). However, this is just my advice, I'd recommend asking other people as well for theirs.
So here's my situation, maybe someone can tell me if this is considered a post-bacc or something else. I graduated last may, but I took a full load this past fall semester to finish up my requirements for a second major and a certificate. Would that be considered a post-bacc?
