Masters Program Advice - Texas Re-applicant

I'm currently retaking my DAT for a higher score and my GPA is 3.0 so a masters program is recommended. I have heard of people doing the Public Health Masters certificate through UT Health and getting into either the UT Houston school or San Antonio.

My dilemma here lies in figuring out: 1) should I just take upper division courses at UT 2)do a biomedical sciences masters 3) do the public health masters certificate and get a 4.0

I have been stressing out these past few weeks about applying and any advice/clarity would be appreciated.

I'm about to finish Texas A&M's non-thesis biomedical sciences masters program. Took me Fall, Spring, and Summer to complete with ~3.9 GPA. I would definitely recommend.

Wow, I've never heard of pre-dents doing that certificate before! Where did you hear about it?
