I've been talking to my advisor and he keeps telling me that master's programs in public health don't provide scholarships or stipends. Is it true?? Any of you know about programs that do iv scholarships??

usually masters degrees dont provide funding AT ALL

my MS was free.

let me correct myself, there might be some $ in masters programs in hard sciences. most other programs don't have funding to give out scholarships. if you're really interested in doing a Masters in PH, contact each school you're interested in. that's probably the best way to get your questions answered.

The statements about no free money for MPH's are false!

I know for a fact that UNC and Hopkins have MPH scholarship funds available.

I got a scholarship to cover all of my tuition for a MPH at UT Houston.

Nevermind that I didn't actually go there. Tulane gave me no money for my M.S.P.H.🙁

So does UGA, although you have to apply early to get them. Most of what I've seen is assistantships where people do research while earning their degree.
