What would be a good masters program to strengthen my application for pod school?

cGPA: 2.82
sGPA: 2.53

In my last post, I mentioned I was thinking about doing MHA (health administration) but some people advised me against it. So now I'm thinking that I should go into some science related masters or post-bacc.

Are there some programs that are good "fall back" programs (ones that pay descent salary, like MHA) just in case I don't get into pod school?

Have you already applied and been rejected?

i would post this in the pre med forum for a bigger advice pool

No I haven't applied anywhere yet. Reasons: 1) I haven't taken the MCATs yet. 2) I'm pretty sure that they won't accept me based on my GPA 3) I don't have any experience shadowing a podiatrist (only about 8 hours so far).

By the way, do pod schools accept a lor from a MD? Do you think it would have any positive influence on their decision?

most if not all schools require a letter from a DPM. I suggest you start following one now, for a multitude of reasons.
