I'm looking for some advice on masters programs. My chances of getting accepted this cycle are slim to none, and so I have been looking into masters programs. Does anyone have any advice on the best program to apply to/what school would be best to feed me into PT school next cycle? Any advice would be great, thanks!

I have low stats. so I decided to sign up for a single graduate course based on the advice I have gleamed from reading through the forums.
I am taking epidemiology online for about $2700. I was hoping this would boost my application.

If you have the time and the money, go for a master's!

While a Master's degree or certificate would be nice to add on to your application, I honestly think retaking a few classes that you've received a mediocre grade in would be the best bang for you buck, also taking time to study for your GRE's would be an even better investment. The GRE is not a test of how smart you are but rather a test on how well you can take a single test. Put in the time and effort and you will shine.

The two main courses I received mediocre grades in were my anatomy and physio classes. I've been looking at Master's programs in human physio or kinesiology, so would enrolling in those master's courses be worth it? Or would it still just be better to retake the pre-req courses?

It's always easier and cheaper to do the prerequisites coursework. However schools will encourage you to get a master's if your GPA is really low and you don't have other options because it will prove whether you can handle graduate level coursework. Some schools may look over the GRE if you can excel of graduate coursework because the GRE is supposed to gauge whether you can complete graduate studies or not.
