Does any impact on residency match due to transfer from one Med School to another, if student passed USMLE 1 in single attempt and USMLE 2 with good score? If yes, please advise.

It will completely depend upon the reason for the transfer. In general, you'll be considered a graduate of your final medical school and the prior one will have less impact on your application.
