Match Letter---PLEASE HELP

This might be a stupid question, but I was just wondering. What will your match letter say on the Thursday of match week march 17 when you've only matched to advanced prog. but not prelim?
Will the letter that i receive on match day ceremony display the same message i got on monday of match week or will it be updated to prelim postion which i scrambled into or just the advanced prog i got matched into?

It depends on your Dean's office. They will likely put both your prelim and your advanced match in your envelope. They will also hand out a list of everyone's matches, and both your prelim and adv programs will be listed. No one will know that you scrambled, if that's what you're trying to get at.

I think most places list both programs in your match letter as if you matched into both, rather than matched 1 and scrambled one. You should know that though because you are going to need to tell your school that you scrambled into something or they can't put it into the letter.
