I've heard rumors that the SF Match specialties match are being delayed into february due to recent events. Can anyone verify this?

I no longer have my finger on the pulse of the match process, but there is no information like that straight from the horse's mouth. Every year there are urban legends, often started by competitors for residency spots, that deadlines are extended, etc. Please contact the administrators of the SF Match for the real scoop on this issue.
