Hi all, I had 2 questions about this topic:

1- If you register for the NRMP match, do early match systems i.e. AUA find out in anyway?
2- Does including the AUA ID in ERAS alert all programs you send ERAS out to, or only urology programs?

No and No. Usually its the multiple urology rotations and research projects that gives it away.

Thank you, so to be clear the AUA and NRMP IDs are not visible to programs, even though you have to include them in the ERAS app?

I only see NRMP ID's. And I don't care about them at all -- I use AAMC ID's for ranking. And you can update them any time you want (I think?).

Yup. The NRMP application didn't open up until after ERAS was due the year I applied, so it was just recommended that we register and update ERAS sometime before January.
