Matching Allo IM at Yale or Brown as a DO?

I hope this is the correct forum to ask this, if not please redirect me to the right one, but my question is this: Is it realistic to try to match IM or FM at Brown or Yale coming from a DO school if you have very competitive step scores, 3rd/4th yr grades, good LORs etc?

Not very realistic.

There is no such thing as a top do school; they are all low tier by definition

You can easily research this yourself by going through the current residents at your programs of interest. Brown FM matches DOs but not last year.

Yale doesn't take DOs into their categorical IM program, and they do not have a FM program.
