Matching Transcript with Course Listings

I have a full year course, which under term is listed as "3" as opposed to 1 or 2, and i simply entered in half a credit for each term ie. 1.5 instead of 3, will that fly?

Also does spacing matter with regard to course title listings

From my experience, they want your course listing to be *exactly* as it appears on your transcript. I used an older transcript to entered my course, but unknown to me, they added subdepartmental numbers to th courses. I had to request a new transcript and add three characters to each of my courses before aadsas approve my application. So long story short, they will modify your course as they see fit or ask you to resubmit. I would calll them and ask.
