I am so discouraged. I contacted a math tutor to help me through everything. I literally got 2 or 3 correct on practice test 1.
Math could literally prevent me from becoming a dentist.
+pity+

That's how my first one went. So I decided to go through the other half of Chads QR videos (the ones I didn't watch, basically the second half). I was freaking out about it too, but someone calmed me nerves and said that it gets better. Hopefully someone who has completed math destroyer and the DAT can chime in and give us both some closure.

Same thing happened to me too, I was so depressed for about half an hour after i took math destroyer for the first time because i had NO idea what i was doing... but after doing a few more tests it became a little easier. Just keep doing the questions and you will start to get a hang of it.

Once you get to test 5 or 6, you will start to figure it out.
Along with math destroyer, I really recommend using qvault as there are more variety of problems!

I'm so glad I'm not alone. I feel like a math *****! I watched all of chad's QR videos before starting destroyer. I feel confident with most algebra but the geometry and trig could destroy me.
The explanations in the solution section only help me a little as I don't understand how to even begin 1/2 the time.
Hopefully as you say it gets better, thanks!!!

Even if you are "horrible" at math, there are only so many types of questions that can show up! If you just do a lot of practice problems and review your mistakes, you will probably cover almost every type of problem. You should be fine...
