Would a LOR from math professor be considered science or a non science for a DO?
Since math it's not considered a science class is it ok to use it as a Non science ??

I'm freshman and I'm taking precalc I think I'm going to take an A🙂

If I were u , I would contact schools and ask them this question as different schools have different policies. Also, since you are just a freshman, you want to keep in mind that schools like to see LORs that are no more than 1-2 years old from when you applying.

Pretty important. IMO you can talk to your professor about a LOR but indicate that you won't need it for a while. And I'm not sure it would count as a core science letter for DO, since AACOMAS itself doesn't include math in its science calculations. But hey, you can always ask. In the mean time... you're a freshman, you have at least 4 years to find other letter writers.
