MATH...only KBB and Math Destroyer

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Those two resources were enough to get me a 23. Work through Math Destroyer, identify your weak areas and then focus on those weak areas.

I started math destroyer 3 weeks out from the test. I spent one weekend doing every test in the book. It would take me around 2 hours per test to understand the problems. Dont get discouraged, you will pick up on the problems once you spend some time with them. Then about 4 days before the test i would time myself and take two tests a night to get my timing down. Ended up with a 21 in QR. Good Luck! 👍

I just took the DAT today and truly felt that Math Destroyers fully prepared me for the QR section. I too felt horrible and discouraged going through it the first time. It was taking me 2.5 + hours just to do a test and I was averaging 15-20 correct answers. However, the second time through was much better. Just stick with it and as everyone else has stated, understand your mistakes and you'll get it. I also suggest that after completing each test once, go back through and start timing yourself. Get in the habbit of skipping those that you have no idea on and then after completing the test read the explanations to those that you skipped and go back and try to work them again. Remember, you can miss up to 10 questions and still make a 20. Math Destroyer is a great tool and just have confidence in it. (One last suggestion, know how to convert ounces into Kg).
