Once you know the shortcut this question takes under 5 seconds. When you have a log, it's always in this format:

Exponent = LogBaseNumber
Rewritten:

E=LogBN where B^E=N

this is a generic example:

3=Log10(1000), because 10^3=1000.

so for the Destroyer question, 7^a is simply equal to B^7.
