(In order to solve a problem the answer states as one of the steps
(1-2x)^2 / (2x)^2 (x) becomes 1 / 2x^2 (x). I am not sure exactly why the top 2x squared gets crossed out.
In words, if my expression looks funny to read it is (One minus 2x) squared divided by (2x)squared times x.
Thanks.
Also if anyone has any good websites that really explain the type of math with fractions and exponent rules I would appreciate if you could post them.
