math/science GPA

I had a quick question.... I took a few math/science classes that pharmacy schools don't require as pre-requisites (business calculus ---> i'm taking calculus I right now) and got a B- on it.. i'm wondering if that would compute into my math/science GPA since schools don't look at your business calculus course for pre-transfer.

yes it does get calculated. but it doesn't for the prereq GPA
