Not sure if this is right but I think marticulate admit means students who are admitted but haven't enrolled/officially declared and marticulate student means students who are enrolled?

The word marticulate in marticulate admit is kind of confusing.

No such word as marticulate, I think a typo?

To matriculate means to enroll and (implies) to start school.

I don't know in what context OP saw these phrases, but to me "Matriculate admit" would be a grandiose way to simply say "admit", or admit to matriculation. A matriculate student is the person to whom that is granted.

There is a difference between admit and matriculate. Those who matriculate are a subset of those who are admitted. Could what you saw mean "those admitted to chose to matriculate"?
