When you apply to Dental School can you apply near the end of your junior year in university and then matriculate after you complete your last year of university and receive your Bachelors???

Yes, this is how you would do it if you are attempting to get into dental school straight in after a 4 years bachelor's. You apply June after your Junior year.

Just to be absolutely clear::: For example, if you are graduating Spring of 2018 and want to start dental school Fall of 2018 immediately after summer vacation, you should apply June 2017 (so in about ~5-6 weeks). I hope that cleared this up. Please let me know if it didn't.

Yeah that's the traditional way of applying. More people are taking "gap years" than before and instead applying the Summer after they graduate. But it's up to your personal preference.

Thank you for the explanation that makes perfect sense. I am currently a sophomore in high school and will be taking PSEO (College Classes) classes my senior and junior year. That will reduce my time to get a Bachelor's Degree by 2 years will this negatively affect me (as the adcoms see me as a 19 year old not ready for the rigor of Dental School.) and this will also reduce the time I get to do EC's (and possibly receive leadership positions).

If they let me in, a 23 year old without a bachelors, I don't see why they wouldn't let you in as a 19 year old with one. As long as everything else in your application is strong, that should only add to its strength. Others may disagree, but I think it shows determination and focus. And those are two things that will help you greatly in dental school.
