Does anyone know if you can still matriculate into medical school if you are diagnose with hepatitis B?

Are you automatically dismissed as a qualify applicant or not be admitted at all if you have been expose to HBV? How can I find out?

Ask the school. I'm sure the office would tell you. You would only have to call one as I am pretty sure that most have similar policies.
