I am expecting psv to push achro today as a result of their difference check with santy they stated yesterday. That said, I'm not sure w!psv wants to kill santy because it then sets them up for that world.

@potentialsheltervet could you please explain your current read on Achro? I recall you mentioning a difference check between him and Santy yesterday, and with Santy flipping town, I would expect some sort of progression there today.

I suppose this is a start

My POE hasn't changed since yesterday, but nothing has happened since then to change that.

WildZoo, SportPonies are my primary POE. psv is my secondary POE. Everyone else I feel like has varying amounts of town equity, but will reconsider either if I have time to reread at some point, or pending others' flips.

I've got D&D today, so I won't be around much, but I'm off work tomorrow and will spend some time reading and posting then.

Maybe I'll dive into that tomorrow, but thinking back to Day 2, Santy was pushing Achro (although I think Achro talked Santy back on that ride) and also PSV was pushing an Achro/santy difference check.

Then Santy died.

The timing is kinda interesting in that it was a convenient time for Achro in that Santy died townreading Achro. PSV also dropped the difference check idea, which still bugs me. I think that particular facet doesn't necessarily make Achro a wolf, but it's not incompatible.

This is a very compatible post for a wolf to make to their partner. No inclination of a read in response to psv's pushes.

But maybe I'm biased, as I do often base my reads on people based on how they're basing their reads on me, and I would expect something like this to happen here. Especially given that I did a cursory glance at Achro posts from before this point (this was middle of Day 2) about psv, and this is what I found.





I don't sense much of an inclination to solve this slot.

What's your read of Santy independent of Achro?

I've watched two Achro games in my life. One was Champs semis last year when v!Achro pushed extremely hard for a town chop (I honestly forget who the player was, but it was town) in the midgame, and the other was the Syndicate game where sabi/mac/esooa were wolves, and v!achro would not let anyone chop sabi.

I feel like being stubborn in their worldview is common for Achro based on these experience, is this different? I'm mainly asking because dunno when/if I'll have time to read it all.

I intend to find the last wolf tomorrow, and if I believe it's you, that's where my vote will go, but there's no reason to send the game to a space where the POE members are wasting their breathe on each other when there are still plenty of yeets to go through both of us, and beyond if it's wrong.

I think it's decently likely Achro is town, but I don't think the statements he's making are particularly pro-town, so I'd not heed it tbh, just do your own thing.

Neutral:
Mayo/marmot` - Didn’t see enough from Mayo to say much. Marmot`’s presence has been fine, but nothing makes me feel like I can confidently move the needle one way or the other.

PSV - The last few cycles I haven’t really gotten a good sense of what she’s thinking. Granted it’s been very focused around a few center themes, so I’m sure I’m guilty of this as well. Early play felt good. Just not currently sure in a stagnated thread state.

Shinichi/Sporty - I wanted to give Shinichi the benefit of the doubt on some of our actions and tried to make a village case for them playing the way they did, but I definitely wasn’t reading them village super strongly. Since there was a substitution here, I’ll reserve judgement until post-catch up, and more live play has occurred in a less stagnant cycle.

How do we feel about the discussions around stagg and moon?

^^I was fixing a typo and that quote got messed up but you get the gist
I actually feel like there has been more resistance to Stagg as a wagon than moon. I also haven't been keeping track of votes but idk if I would call them the top two wagons at all, moreso just the most-discussed. I feel like I've seen more caveats about Stagg's playstyle and some surprising defenses (Santy) whereas moon seems to be left on their own. No one has really come out to say actually, I think moon seems alright! Until the end of this page. Either she really is mafia or it's too easy and it's a red herring.
I've only played with her a couple times (or once? idk the number is small) and I honestly don't remember that much other than sussing her early on and being wrong so I'm probably not the best person to judge. That said, I haven't been as eager to yeet based on what's been pointed out. I'm more keen to go after the devil I know, which kinda feels like mkg right now.
