Max Retakes

I've heard there is no max on retakes (each one looks worse and worse on your application I'm sure, and 1x/yr limit) but has anyone heard of people getting accepted with more than 2 retakes?

I think a while back I saw a thread that someone retook seven times!!! 😱 but was finally accepted somewhere.

Schools are beginning to change their policies to a maximum of 3 DAT's for your entire lifetime. I know for a fact that USC has already implemented this rule. Other schools are beginning to also.
