Alright, here is my dilemma-

I have recently switched from pre-med to pre-dent, and I realise that for some schools, I am in a bit of a pickle. I have received credit for AP physics from my university, but I have learned that for some dental schools this will not pass muster. I also have found out that some schools require biochemistry, psychology, and social science and humanities. I won't have time to retake all of these classes before I apply (next spring), and thus I have a few questions as to what order I should take these prereqs in order to maximize my chances of being competitive at as many schools as possible next cycle:

1) Which classes should I prioritize in taking this year, before I apply? Would it be best to do PSYC this year, and push off the humanities credits until my last year? Is it okay to do the opposite? How about taking one of these classes in the summer?

2) Most schools I have looked at haven't posted an official stance on AP credits. The only one I know so far that won't accept AP Physics credit is UCSF. Do you guys know anymore schools that don't accept AP? I would *really* rather not repeat physics if I can avoid it

3) I am planning to take Biochemistry in my last year (after I have submitted my application). Is this a really bad idea? I honestly can't do it this school year.

4) Considering the situation I am in, would you recommend that I apply in my senior year instead?

My cGPA is 3.67 and my sGPA is 3.69. I will do the DAT next June.
The schools I am looking to apply to are : UCSF, UCLA, Harvard, Columbia, NYU, University of the Pacific, Penn, Pitt and UF (this list is subject to change).

Thanks

I'm assuming you will be a Junior this fall.

1) You don't need to take all those pre-reqs before you apply, just before you matriculate. It's probably best to do the sci classes first at your university, take 1 or 2 gen eds in the summer at a cc, and finish the rest of the sci pre reqs your senior year.

3) It's not a problem.

4) You can apply your Junior year.

Shadow, too.
