500mg? 750?

Yeah, for many years I’ve always just used 20 cc hour max. Just decided to think more about it today .

I second that it's all BS. I spent a fair amount of time a few days as a resident going down the local anesthetic and LAST rabbit hole and there is no good evidence for any of it. You are hard pressed to even find definitive evidence of what method of administration the "toxic dose" numbers we use for a "bolus" relate to.
